This product is right for you if:

  • You have at least £500 to start saving
  • You don't need to make any withdrawals or additional deposits

Please be aware that fixed rates can change on a regular basis, so please check rates before you invest

Before you begin - make sure you have the following details to hand:

  • Your Halifax Current Account details (applicable if you are an existing customer only)
  • Previous address details if you have lived at your current address for less than 3 years
  • If you are applying for a joint account, please ensure you have the above details for the second applicant, as well as their personal details

Please note: To open a fixed rate Halifax Web Saver, you will need to open a variable rate Halifax Web Saver account first. A fixed rate Halifax Web Saver can only receive the opening deposit from a variable rate Halifax Web Saver. When your fixed term ends, your savings will be transferred into your variable rate Web Saver.
