Home Information Packs were launched in England and Wales from 1st August 2007. The packs are available through Halifax Estate Agencies and include information useful to a potential buyer.

From 14th December 2007 all properties marketed for sale in England and Wales require a HIP (unless exempt).  Northern Ireland properties only require a valid EPC.
